Service Agreement

When you book your appointment, you are agreeing to the cost and fees associated with the service(s) you’ve selected unless otherwise discussed directly with the service provider. You have up until 24 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes or downgrades to your appointment without penalty. Although appointment confirmation requests and reminders are sent out, it is still your responsibility to show up for your appointment on time.

If you know that you will be 5 mins or more late, please contact me first via text 808-344-3745 to confirm I will still be able to see you. If I am not able to accommodate your late appointment start, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled and the total cost of the appointment will be collected.

I do my absolute best to accommodate all clients.

Cancellations & No Shows

Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You have 24 hours to figure out whether you’re able to keep this appointment or not before the cancellation fee goes into effect. I understand that life happens and things come up, however in order to continue to serve my clients and community to the best of my ability, I must collect cancellation fees.

24+ hours prior to appt: NO Cancellation Fee

20 hours or less prior to your appt time: 50% of Appointment Total

4 hours or less prior to your appt time: 100% of Appointment Total

No Shows will be automatically charged the full cancellation fee and can potentially be blocked from future bookings.

Divine Beauty Inspirations LLC reserves the right to refuse service and collect fees per its policies by any means necessary including but not limited to legal pursuit.

Allergies & Sensitivities

It is the clients responsibility to inform service provider of any allergies or sensitivities you may have. INCLUDING medications or medicated skin care that you may be using. Lifting and skin tearing is a likely occurrence if you are using medicated skin care and do not inform us ahead of time. Divine Beauty Inspirations LLC and its service provider will not be held responsible for any damage to the skin should client fail to inform us of any current skin conditions, medications, or medicated skin care being used.

Lash Enhancements

Lash enhancement results may vary depending on your natural lashes.

Your service provider will consult with you prior to performing the service to be sure you understand potential negative outcome. If service is performed, that means you have agreed to have it done. Lash Lifts are not eligible for refunds. Should there be a discrepancy that is agreed upon with your service provider, you will receive a complimentary re-do after 30 days as it is not safe for your lashes to do it any sooner.

Lash Extensions are applied using high quality products. If you are unsure if you’re allergic to the glue, it is your responsibility to schedule a consultation ahead of time. Lash Extension services are not eligible for refunds as there are many factors that may cause undesirable results including home care maintenance, regularity of fills, or unconscious habits. (ie cleansing, brushing, fills every 2-3 weeks, sleeping on lashes, rubbing eyes in sleep, etc) Fills are done every 2 or 3 weeks. If you come in with less than 40% of the extensions still in tact, you will be charged for a full set. Extensions are a tedious process which requires a lot of maintenance and care which is explained prior to starting the extension journey.
